• LEASE PERIOD OF THE CAR:

The car is leased for the period not less than 24 hours (one day), time of the rent is considered from the moment of receiving the car. In a case of a delay in return of the car because of a good reason for a period no more than 2 hours with the obligatory notice of the personnel of the company about the delay, the client will not bear any financial losses. If the time of a delay is more than 2 hours – it will be paid as for the whole day.

 

• PAYMENT FOR THE CAR LEASE:

Payments for the car lease services is carried out in hryvnia in cash for the corresponding car within the rates provided in the company or by credit cards of the Visa or MasterCard payment systems, and via bank transfer. Payment is raised in day of signing of the Contract in hryvnia at the rate of NBU at date of concluding the Contract. The tenant grants the mortgaging sum at a rate of the pledge tariff in accordance to the tariff of the corresponding car. Pledge is the observance guarantee of the treaty provisions of the car lease services; pledge is paid back after the return of the car and performance of all the obligations under the contract .

 

• CAR INSURANCE:

All cars are fully insured with Casco and compulsory civil liability motor-vehicle insurance.

• NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:

The client should have:

For physical entities:

- The civil passport.
- The driver's license valid in Ukraine.
- The original document on the INN assignment.

Legal bodies require a necessary package of documents for the contract conclusion. (A copy of the registration certificate of the legal entity, copy of the registration certificate in the STA, the power of attorney issued to the authorized person, which entrusts him with the right to sign the contract of lease and other documents on behalf of the organization, the civil passport of the authorized person operating by the power of attorney, the valid driver's license of the category "B", documents on the physical seating of the enterprise.)

 

• AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Driving experience not less than 2 years
The minimum age for driving – 22 years.

• FUEL:

Use only the fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the car refueling. The client bears a full liability for the damage caused to the car, as a result of the use of poor-quality gasoline or the gasoline of different type.

• DELIVERY AND RETURN OF THE CAR:

The cars delivered/returned clean and with a full tank of fuel.
The car has to be returned with a full tank of fuel and clean, in case of return of the car with an incomplete tank of fuel or dirty, the tenant should compensate the costs of refueling the full tank and the cost of the car wash in accordance to the tariffs stipulated in the contract.

Car delivery/ return during working hours (from 9.00 – 20.00):
Delivery and car return in immediate proximity to Kiev metro stations is free of charge.
Car transfer around Kiev – 100 hryvnia, to the Boryspil airport – 150 hryvnia.

Car delivery/ return after working hours (from 20.00 – 9.00) and during holidays or days off around Kiev and at the Boryspil airport – 350 hryvnia.

• LIABILITIES OF THE CLIENT:

The client bears a liability in case of damage, thefts of the hired car or its parts, even in the absence of his fault. The client bears full liability for the damage of tires, disks, car bottom, safety of the interior and the car equipment, and also for all the traffic code violations, made during the use of the hired car.

 

• CAR LEASE WITH THE DRIVER:

For the purpose of your safety the speed of the movement should not exceed the rules of the traffic codes. There is no point to ask the driver to violate this code. The company cannot bear the responsibility over the work load of the roads, jams, traffic police actions and emergency situations on the car route.

 

• PENALTIES:

In a case of the loss of the log book, the certificate of passing the tech inspection, number boards or keys, the penalty is collected in the amount as stated in the contract.

 

• ACTIONS IN CASE OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT:

In case of the road-traffic accident the Client is obliged to call for a police immediately (call 102) and to report about the accident to the representative of the Rent-Cars 8(098)550-50-50 . The client is obliged within 24 hours to provide the office of the Rent-Cars with the certificate of the standard pattern on the road-traffic accident (RTA) issued by the police.

WARNING!!! In case of the absence of the standard pattern certificate on the road-traffic accident (RTA) issued by the police, the Client bears full liability for the damage caused to the car.

 

DEPARTURE OUT OF THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE IS FORBIDDEN!

• The company reserves the right to refuse the car delivery to any person without an explanation of the reasons.
• Lease conditions are specified in the contract which you can read at our office.
